Mike, from Ritehouse Services, has completed a number of projects at our home including numerous light/fan installations, faucet installs, rod and curtain hanging, flooring installation, trim repair, troubleshooting and remedying various issues.  He worked with us to remodel our laundry room to not only be more functional with plenty of cabinet storage but to also be very visually appealing. He also designed and transformed a playroom that my children had outgrown and built a beautiful custom two person desk that they are able to utilize for schoolwork and other creative projects.  I could not be more pleased with his work. We recently enjoyed collaborating with Mike from Ritehouse Services on the design and build of a serving center for our lanai and a new utility area for our laundry room. The custom cabinet includes a beverage cooler, trash and recycling receptacles, two deep storage drawers, and an electrical hub. The solidly built cabinet has a beautiful exterior spray finish, aluminum composite hardware, granite counter, and soft close drawers. In the laundry room, Mike designed and installed an open storage shelf and hanging rod. The black walnut finished shelf sits securely on the botanical print wall with custom forged hardware giving the space a visual lift with improved functionality.  Previously, Mike was also able to rescue a mother of pearl chandelier damaged in our move. Using his technical expertise, he applied heat activated tape and adhesive to repair the base restoring the strength and visual appeal of the piece. He also assisted by hanging numerous lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, schoolhouse kitchen pendants and two televisions, one of which required mounting to an exterior wall. 

The quality of work and care taken while working in our house was impeccable. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend or utilize Mike's talents in the future.
